TOXT Optical Headend

TRIAX TOXT Optical Headend

The TRIAX TOXT Optical Headend is an advanced optical transmitter headend that converts wideband satellite and terrestrial (TERR) signals into multiple optical wavelengths for passive optical networks. With built-in Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and Automatic Slope Control (ASC), it delivers optimal signal quality and high optical output power for reliable distribution over fibre systems supporting up to 64 splits (extendable for larger installations).

Main Features

  • Converts wideband SAT & TERR inputs to multi-wavelength optical output.

  • Built-in Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and Automatic Slope Control (ASC) for stable signal quality.

  • 9 dBm high optical output power for robust fibre distribution.

  • Supports many optical systems up to 64 splits (32 for FTTH).

  • 2 wideband and 1 TERR RF inputs covering wide frequency ranges.

  • Single-fibre outputs with multiple laser wavelengths for flexible PON setups.
